Media Release Info

Photography and video at the academy are strictly opt-in. A separate media release form is included with the consent packet emailed to families after registration.

• Students without a signed media release are never photographed or filmed. Staff track this at check-in with visible name tags.
• If a media release is signed, images may be used in academy recap posts, sponsor impact reports, and future cohort marketing.
• You can revoke a media release at any time by emailing jamiancpolk@gmail.com. We will remove your student from any published assets going forward.
• We never sell photos or provide them to third parties outside the sponsors and grantmakers who fund the program.
